Laura Naville

Laura Naville took over as General Manager of Salveo Canada at the beginning of 2016, and due to her direct impact on the growth of businesses within her area of responsibility as well as her involvement in cross-functional and structuring subjects for Salveo and its subsidiaries, Laura was appointed as the General Manager Americas for Salveo – an international strategy and business development consulting firm and partner company of ADIT North America.

In this role, she works to build relationships of trust with C-levels of European and North American SMEs and large corporations. She supports them in planning and implementing their 5-year international growth strategy. She is responsible for the business development and sales of Salveo’s international development support and consulting services. Along with her more than 25 staff located in various locations in the Americas, she has built up an unrivalled closeness with companies and partners, achieving a customer loyalty rate of 80% by securing and structuring long-term growth strategies for Salveo and its clients.

Laura holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Lyon 3, completed in exchange with Carleton University, NPSIA, Ottawa. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of OSCI, Fédération professionnelle des sociétés d’accompagnement à l’international.

She moved to Canada in 2011, and has been working closely with growing companies for over 10 years, in French, English and Spanish.
